Service Description

Provides foot treatment and advice for all ages for persons with diabetes, peripheral vascular disease and severe osteo/rheumatoid arthritis and who have limited resources to access private foot care providers. Promotes well-being, mobility, and independence.

  • Diabetic foot assessment and education
  • Reduction of dystrophic/fungal nails
  • Non-surgical treatment of ingrown toenails
  • Management od callous (non pre-ulcerative) and corns.

Application Process

Referrals from physicians or other health professionals required.

Fees

$30 participatory fee which applies to all podiatry clinics in Saskatchewan operating under the Population and Public Health Services.
