Service Description

Provides in-clinic assessment and an on-road evaluation to persons who have suffered an illness, injury or other health related change which may affect their ability to drive safely.

Eligibility

- Persons who have a health related concern that might affect their ability to drive safely
- May be a new or experienced driver
- For class 5 or 7 license only - program is not available to commercial license holders.

Application Process

Fill out the Referral Form to refer yourself to the program, or someone else may refer you.
Once referral is received, program will contact with additional information.
