Service Description

Free formula is available to infants born to mothers living with HIV from birth to one year of age. Visit website for more information.

Eligibility

Infants, birth to one year of age, born to women who are HIV positive, unless the child is in the care of Child and Family Services where they are eligible to access funding for formula.
Infants will be eligible if they transition from Child and Family Services back to mother/caregiver up until one year of age.

Application Process

Each woman should be referred during pregnancy to begin the enrollment and education process. Referrals can be made by health care professionals, nurses, physicians or by the individual as a self-referral.
