Service Description

Immunization is available for children at child health clinics and in schools. Immunization for adults is also available.

  • Immunization can protect infants and children from illnesses that may result in permanent disability or death.
  • Immunizations for infants and children follow a regular schedule – further information available online.
  • A public health nurse can help children who have fallen behind on their immunizations catch up and return to a regular schedule.
