Service Description

  • Healthiest Babies Possible
    • Provides support for pregnant women through counselling, education and milk and vitamin supplements, during and after pregnancy.
  • Parents First
    • Supports and helps parents of children under 1 year of age. Provides information and support on topics of parenting, feeding, play, safety, sick babies, sleeping, crying, growth, and development.
  • Prenatal Classes
    • Offers classes to help expectant parents learn about what to expect during labour and delivery, including relaxation techniques and and other ways to help you stay comfortable. Classes also cover lifestyle choices, breastfeeding, and ways to cope during the first few days home with your new baby.  Call for further information on classes, times, and locations.
  • Parent Mentoring Program
    • Links new parents and experienced parents to provide support, role-modeling, and friendship. Call for further information.
