Service Description
Provides on-site training and supervision to individuals with persistent mental illness. Program is designed to prepare and assist individuals who have difficulty obtaining and/or maintaining employment. Provides supportive job skills and a job coach to monitor participants during work placements.
Eligibility
Persons with persistent mental illness.
Application Process
Referrals to the program are only made by Mental Health Services.
