Service Description
Assists hard-to-house or homeless individuals and families with finding and maintaining safe, suitable housing in Yorkton. Provides support, referrals and resources to tenants and housing providers to address issues and to promote a successful tenancy.
Eligibility
Individual who is homeless or hard to house.
Application Process
Through personal request or agency referral.
