Service Description
Offers support and assistance to clients with persistent mental illness. Provides participants with basic living skills to facilitate independent living. Services include:
- Support and Reassurance
- Life skills related to housekeeping, menu planning, meal preparation, shopping, budgeting and personal hygiene
- Assistance with locating housing and relocation
- Advocacy
- Assistance with accessing community services.
Eligibility
Individuals with persistent mental illness.
Application Process
Referrals to the program are made by Mental Health Services only.
