Service Description
A no-fee home visiting program that provides child development information and other supports with caregivers in the convenience of their home or other locations in the community. Also offers in-home mental health counselling and drug and alcohol support for those who are interested while involved in the program.

Eligibility
For prenatal women or women who are caring for children younger than 36 months of age, and have a Yorkton address.
Application Process
Download and complete the Yorkton KidsFirst referral form on the website. Submit the completed form by email (KidsFirst.Yorkton@saskhealthauthority.c), fax (306-783-2094), or drop off at the office.
