Service Description
A home support program that assists children, youth, and parents throughout the area, to access the supports and services that they need as quickly as possible in order to keep their family safe and together. Services include Intensive in-home supports, a Community Care Team, respite child care, referrals, and parenting skills development.
Eligibility
Families residing within the service area of Yorkton Ministry of Social Services, with a child in need of protection, with imminent alternative out of home placement.
Application Process
Referrals are made by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services.
