Service Description
Meets the needs of patients, families, and staff by providing a variety of cultural/spiritual and supportive services.
Spiritual and cultural caregivers:
- Provide a compassionate listening presence in times of crisis
- Respond to the spiritual and emotional needs of patients
- Support families and patients in making difficult decisions
- Meet the needs of traditional First Nation, Métis, and Inuit people
- Assist patients in obtaining comfort and support from within their own faith traditions.

Patients, family, and staff of the Saskatoon Health Region.
