Service Description

Offers an interdisciplinary rehabilitative service to adults who are medically stable and have a physical disability. The program supports and encourages a holistic approach to promote independence and quality of life for adults with physical disabilities and associated psychological, social and emotional issues.

Application Process

Referral - Inpatient admission is on the basis of referral by any practicing physician in Saskatchewan to an Adult Program physiatrist or orthopedic surgeon.

Documents Required

Hospitalization and GMS, or MSI cards.
