Service Description

Provides specialized services in the study, diagnosis, and treatment of heart conditions. Clients are referred to the program for various conditions including heart disease, irregular heart beat, heart attack, congestive heart failure (CHF), or heart birth defects.

Facilities are available to support both outpatient and inpatient care, and include diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation services, including:
