Service Description
Provides Nurse Practitioner services every Thursday, including:
- Assess and manage common adult and childhood health conditions such as coughs, colds, skin conditions, sore throats, earaches and bladder infections.
- Weigh and measure babies and monitor development
- Blood pressure and blood sugar screening
- Breast exams
- Well women checks
- Renew prescriptions for birth control pills and some other conditions
- Health information and teaching.
