Service Description

Identifies, prevents, treats, and provides follow-up for clients with tuberculosis infection and/or disease.

  • Provides ongoing TB education and training
  • Initiates and monitors contact tracing
  • Follows up to immigration referrals
  • Follows up to pre-school and school screening on reserve
  • Coordinates with all relevant agencies, Community Health Nurses and TB Program workers in the field.

Eligibility

Saskatchewan residents with suspected or diagnosed tuberculosis infection or disease.

First left going west on College Drive from 25th Street Bridge. Royal University Hospital has an indoor train shuttle. Go to information desk upon arrival and train will pick up and take to desired drop off.
