Service Description
Identifies, prevents, treats, and provides follow-up for clients with tuberculosis infection and/or disease.
- Provides ongoing TB education and training
- Initiates and monitors contact tracing
- Follows up to immigration referrals
- Follows up to pre-school and school screening on reserve
- Coordinates with all relevant agencies, Community Health Nurses and TB Program workers in the field.
Eligibility
Saskatchewan residents with suspected or diagnosed tuberculosis infection or disease.
