Service Description
A support program for postpartum anxiety and depression.
The support group meets regularly and provides childcare. It gives the opportunity to:
- Share feelings and experiences with others who understand in a safe and supportive environment
- Receive encouragement to recognize and build on your strengths
- Regain your sense of identity and self-worth
- Discuss information and ideas to help you deal with your feelings.
Eligibility
Mothers experiencing postpartum anxiety or depression. Symptoms of post partum depression available online.
