• COVID-19 Vaccine
  • All Saskatchewan residents ages six months and older are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. A second dose of the vaccine can be provided 28 days after receiving the first dose.*
    • * Except children 6 months up to 5 years of age offered the 2-dose Moderna Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine are recommended an interval of at least 8 weeks between the first and second doses. For children in this age group with immunosuppressed conditions, a three-dose series is advised with an interval of 4 to 8 weeks between doses. Families may have the option of reducing these intervals to 28 days, once the province has received adequate vaccine supply.
  • Covid-19 vaccincation is available through:
    • Participating pharmacies
    • Pop-up clinics
    • Online booking system.
  • Parents and guardians of all children ages six months up to five years can book appointments online or by calling 1-833-SASK-VAX (1-833-727-5829)
  • Pharmacists cannot provide immunizations to children under five. Children under five will receive their immunizations via an SHA or partnering health agency provider.

  • Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) PCR testing is reserved for priority populations at elevated risk for severe outcomes — visit the website for details.
    • Testing appointments must be booked by calling HealthLine 811.
  • If qualifying criteria is not met, it is recommended to use rapid antigen testing — HealthLine 811 will recommend use of rapid antigen tests and self-monitoring — visit the website to search for locations with Rapid Antigen Test Kits available.
