Service Description
Offers diagnostic and treatment services to children, birth – 18 years of age, who display or are at significant risk for developmental, cognitive, and/or physical challenges, as well as support for their family. Using a family-centered approach, they work in partnership with parents to try to understand the specific needs of the child.
Eligibility
Children and youth, birth - 18 years of age who display or are at significant risk for developmental, cognitive, and/or physical challenges.
Application Process
Call for details.
A physician referral is required to receive an assessment from one of the pediatricians at the Alvin Buckwold Child Development Program; complete the Referral for Outpatient Service (download on the website) and submit by email, fax, or mail.
