Service Description

Teaches employment skills and intercultural awareness to Newcomer youth (ages 15 – 18) in Saskatoon.

  • Sessions include:
    • One on one employment counselling
    • Certifications
    • Workshops
    • Volunteer opportunities
    • Transportation support.
  • Includes workshops, tours of local businesses and cultural centers, volunteer opportunities, and a chance to earn a work placement with a local business.
  • Program services available in person or by Zoom, email, or phone.
  • All English levels accepted.
  • Daytime, evening, and weekend meeting times available.

Eligibility

Participants must be: - A Permanent Resident or Refugee - Living in Saskatchewan - Legally able to work in Canada - Between the ages of 15-18.
