Service Description
Teaches employment skills and intercultural awareness to Newcomer youth (ages 15 – 18) in Saskatoon.
- Sessions include:
- One on one employment counselling
- Certifications
- Workshops
- Volunteer opportunities
- Transportation support.
- Includes workshops, tours of local businesses and cultural centers, volunteer opportunities, and a chance to earn a work placement with a local business.
- Program services available in person or by Zoom, email, or phone.
- All English levels accepted.
- Daytime, evening, and weekend meeting times available.
Eligibility
Participants must be: - A Permanent Resident or Refugee - Living in Saskatchewan - Legally able to work in Canada - Between the ages of 15-18.
