Audiology and hearing services to Saskatchewan residents
Children’s Hearing Tests
- through clinics in Regina (306-766-5625) and Saskatoon (306-655-4170)
- clinics have children’s hearing aids for purchase
- hearing tests and aids also accessible in some private clinics
Universal Newborn Hearing Screening Program
- newborns receive a hearing screening test before being discharged from the hospital to identify early signs of hearing difficulty
- newborn hearing screening tests are currently available only to babies born in hospitals

- there is a charge for hearing tests and hearing aids whether purchased through the health authority or private clinics
