Service Description
Child Health Clinics
- Provides an opportunity to monitor a child’s growth, health, development, and to offer immunizations. Referrals to other health professionals may be initiated if needed.
Adult Immunizations
- Provides immunizations to adults. Additional vaccines may be recommended for people with chronic medical conditions, international travelers or health care workers.
- Provides health information and immunizations for international travelers.
Obtaining a copy of your Immunization History
- Visit website for forms required to access personal immunization records.
Application Process
Drop in every Monday for preschoolers at the Swift Current Public Health Office, first come first served. Call to book an appointment at any other location.
