Service Description
A secure computer system that contains information about a resident’s prescribed and dispensed medications.
- Individuals can obtain a copy of their medication profile from an authorized health care provider (such as a pharmacist) or from the Ministry of Health using the Request for Medication Profile (available for download on the website).
- Individuals can request to correct the information contained within their medication profile by writing to the Ministry of Health.
- Individuals can request to hide prescription information from view by completing a Request to Mask form or by calling 1-855-347-5465.
