Service Description

Provides assessment and treatment services to families of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with developmental concerns. The “team” consists of:

  • Child’s parents or foster parents
  • Child’s social worker if the child is in foster care
  • Physiotherapist
  • Occupational therapist
  • Early childhood psychologist
  • Speech language pathologist
  • Local pediatricians *depending on availability
  • Other people you want involved on the team.

Eligibility

Families of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with developmental concerns.

Application Process

Referrals are accepted from any source referrals from any source as long as the child’s legal guardian gives permission for the referral to be made. Call 306-765-6126 for details.
