Service Description
Provides assessment, treatment, and education for a wide range of health problems involving the musculoskeletal, circulatory, respiratory, and nervous systems. Assists patients to maintain, improve, or regain their independence through various approaches such as education, exercise retraining, manual therapy techniques, and equipment recommendation and requisitioning.
Available in the areas of Acute Care, Home Care, Outpatient Care, and Long Term Care.
Eligibility
Patients of all age groups, their families, and other health providers.
