Service Description
A four-unit transitional housing facility for women and their children moving from crisis to independent living. Each fully furnished three-bathroom unit provides an affordable living environment with ongoing support.
Services include:
- assistance and emotional support
- advocacy and referrals to community resources
- follow-up and case management as needed
Eligibility
Women and their children who have experienced violence or abuse and are transitioning from emergency shelter to independent living.
