Application Process

The Postpartum Depression Support Group is available to anyone in the community who needs support. For more information contact the Community Clinic’s counselling department at 306.664.4283.

Counselling and Community Services (for patients of Community Clinic physicians or Nurse Practitioners ages 16 and up): by appointment only.
- Counselling patients can phone the Saskatoon Crisis Intervention at 306-933-6200 for urgent matters outside of regular hours.

Physiotherapy, Dietitian, and Occupational Therapy Services (for patients of Community Clinic doctors): by appointment only.
