Service Description

Emergency Food Hampers (available to students in financial need)

  • Students may place an order once every 14 days.
  • Hamper orders need to be in by Wednesday at 11:00 am and pickup is Thursday afternoon from the USSU Food Centre.

uFood (available to students in financial need)

  • Provides a customizable emergency food hamper stocked with food options and baby items that students can choose from.
  • Students are limited to four hampers per term..

Fresh Food Market

  • Offers fresh fruits and vegetables at low prices
  • Tuesday – Friday 10:30 am – 3:00 pm at the main level of the Place Riel during the academic year.

Application Process

- Emergency Food Hampers request forms are available at the USSU Main Office.

- uFood emergency food hampers can be requested using the uFood order system.

Documents Required

Valid Saskatchewan health card and university student card.
