Service Description

A full service educational dental facility. Patient care is provided by senior students, under the supervision of licensed dentists for a reduced fee. Note: treatment times are longer than private dental practices.
 

Eligibility

Screening appointment required to determine if needs can be met by students.

Application Process

Call to make a screening appointment to determine if your dental needs can be met by the students. No charge for screening appointment other than radiographs, if required. Once accepted as a patient, an examination appointment will be scheduled where an examination and treatment plan will be established. There will be a charge for examination appointment.

Fees

Most fees are reduced by 40% - 60% compared to fees set by the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan. Payment by cash, cheque, debit, or credit card must be made at each appointment for the treatment received. Clinic is unable to direct bill insurance companies. Appropriate documentation is provided to the patient to submit to the insurance companies for reimbursement.

Metered parking is available directly in front of the College of Dentistry building. Clinic provides sponsored parking in the Health Sciences underground parkade which is located between the Health Sciences Building and Royal University Hospital. Patients who bring their parking pass to the reception desk will receive a free exit pass.
