Service Description
Court workers provide information to those in and out of custody and offer information on their charges and options along with the resources/information that will assist in making an informed decision. In emergency cases, court workers can appear on the behalf of an individual if given 24 hours notice.
Eligibility
Court Worker services are status blind. Assists anyone that needs help with navigating the court process and connects individuals to Legal Aid or private lawyers.
