Service Description
Provides technical services to Member First Nations including Community Planning and Capital, Information Systems, Fire and Safety, Housing Services, and Maintenance Management. Services to members include:
- Dwelling fire and safety inspections,
- Assessing compliance to National Building Code, National Fire Code, and other environmental and specifications standards,
- Fire incident inspection and reporting,
- Assisting in emergency disaster operations
- Site and code compliance home inspections for new housing and renovations,
- Plumbing inspections,
- Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada reporting cylclical housing condition inspections,
- Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation physical condition report inspections.

Members of the File Hills Qu'Appelle Tribal Council including Carry the Kettle Nakota Nation, Little Black Bear's Band of Cree and Assiniboine Nations, Muscowpetung Saulteaux Nation, Peepeekisis Cree Nation, Standing Buffalo Dakota Nation, Star Blanket Cree Nation, Nekaneet, Okanese, Pasqua, Piapot, and Wood Mountain Lakota First Nations.
