Service Description

Provides text for deaf and hard of hearing persons to read in classroom settings, meetings, workshops, and other similar environments where computerized note-taking services may be required.

  • CNS staff will not counsel, advise or interject their personal opinions and must remain neutral. The interpretation or translation shall be faithful to the message of the source language.

Call or email to book a Computerized Note Taker.


$60 per hour during business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm) with a 1.5 hour minimum
$70 per hour during after business hours, holidays, and weekends with a 2 hour minimum.
Mileage is $0.42 per km and travel time is compensated the same as our hourly rates.
