Provides vocational supports to d/Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, and Late Deafened individuals in the areas of education, training, and employment. Offers the following:

- Training on the Job
- Job Maintenance
- Individual supports
- Workplace literacy
- Skills training workshops

- Wage Subsidy agreements
