Service Description

Community Service Workers:

  • Advocate for the rights of clients by assisting them in obtaining services and resources in the community, including addressing issues of accessibility and engaging in dialogue that impacts social policy; 
  • Educate existing agencies about the special needs of persons living with a hearing loss; and
  • Help bridge the gaps between support services offered by other agencies.

Eligibility

Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind persons in Saskatchewan who are faced with personal difficulties.
