Service Description
A 55 unit housing complex that provides long term housing to families seeking support to transition from homelessness to semi-independent living. In house support staff are on site to assist families that are facing homelessness to become healthy, responsible, productive, and independent. Peace keepers on site 24/7. Support staff on site 9:00 am – 9:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
Eligibility
Families that are homeless or facing homelessness. Families who may be struggling with mental health or addiction issues.
Application Process
Complete the Sawēyihtotān/Kotawān Referral for Services form available online and submit through email to saweyihtotanreferrals@sktc.sk.ca
Documents Required
If selected for housing, a completion of the Cress Housing Application, 2 reference letters, and proof of income will need to be provided.
Fees
2 bedroom apartment or townhouse $1275 per month.
3 bedroom apartment or townhouse $1500 per month.
All families are eligible for the Supportive Housing Stream benefit that goes directly towards rent, ranging from $225 - $325 per month.
