Service Description

Provides on-going supports to youth aged 12 – 21 in care of the Ministry of Social Services within the Saskatoon community.  Focuses on connecting with youth and building trusting relationships, assisting in the development of life skills, support in social and cultural needs, and supporting them within the education, legal and social services systems while guiding youth through day-to-day adolescent and young adult issues. Youth are supported by a team of staff members covering seven days a week on a rotational basis.

Youth experiencing multiple and complex barriers and challenges.
