Service Description
A summer baseball development program with the goals of promoting unity and pride within each community, providing summer programming for youth to build their skills and self-esteem, and to use sport to provide cross-community healing. Teams accumulate points based on how many games they win and for building cross-community connections. Includes designated innings for both youth and adults to play.
Eligibility
Members of the File Hills Qu'Appelle Tribal Council including Carry the Kettle Nakota Nation, Little Black Bear's Band of Cree and Assiniboine Nations, Muscowpetung Saulteaux Nation, Peepeekisis Cree Nation, Standing Buffalo Dakota Nation, Star Blanket Cree Nation, Nekaneet, Okanese, Pasqua, Piapot, and Wood Mountain Lakota First Nations.
