Service Description
Operates three homes with 18 residents in the community of Wilkie, two homes with 9 residents in Biggar and two homes with 8 residents in Unity. The homes’ focus is to provide quality personal care in a family like environment. The homes participate in community events in the evenings and weekends.
Eligibility
Individuals with intellectual disabilities and who fall into the Community Living Service Delivery's mandate.
Application Process
Contact Community Living Services Delivery of the Ministry of Social Services or contact local office.
Documents Required
A standardized application form will need to be filled out which includes a medical report to be signed by the individual's physician.
Fees
The homes support individuals who qualify under Community Living Service Delivery's mandate, therefore the spaces in the homes are funded by the Ministy of Social Services and there are no fees to the individual.
