Discuss with primary health care provider, call for information

Saskatchewan health card required for both treatments and surgeries

Coverage of eligible hormone replacement therapy listed on the Saskatchewan Formulary or approved under Exception Drug Status, call the Ministry of Health's Drug Plan and Extended Benefits Branch for details
