Service Description
Provides developmental and psychological assessments, diagnosis, consultation, and interventions for children ages birth – 5 years and their families.
Eligibility
Children ages birth - 5 years who are at risk for or have been identified with developmental delays, and their families.
Application Process
Anyone can refer a child with the legal guardian’s consent. Call for information.
