Information on organ and tissue donation, including
- becoming a Donor or Living Donor

Eligibility
Living Donor: 18 years or older, in good mental and physical health, understand what donating a kidney involves and do not expect anything in return
Ineligible if diagnosed with diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart disease, are being treated for cancer, or have a body mass index over 35
Organ or Tissue Donor: 16 years or older can register their intent; eligibility will be determined at time of death by health care team
Application Process
Living Donor: contact Saskatchewan Transplant Program living kidney donation at 1‑844‑RENAL2U or 306‑766‑6475 or livingkidneydonation@saskhealthauthority.ca
Organ or Tissue Donor: Register online, or complete paper registration form and mail to eHealth Saskatchewan, 2130 11th Avenue, Regina, SK, S4P 0J5, or scan and email to donorregistrysupport@ehealthsask.ca
