Service Description
Investigates the following housing complaints after the tenant has verbally contacted the landlord and if the landlord has not remedied the situation in a reasonable time:
- Lack of plumbing
- Lack of drinking water supply
- Lack of water heating facilities
- Structural damage with a reasonable likelihood of causing injury to occupants
- Severe back-ups
- Severe rodent infestation
- Lack of heating
- Extensive areas of visible mold
