Service Description
Physical and occupational therapists provide rehabilitation for:
- Musculoskeletal conditions
- Soft tissue injuries
- Neurological conditions
- Hand injuries
- Post surgical conditions
- Lymphedema
- Balance / mobility issues
Application Process
Referrals accepted from physicians, other physical or occupational therapists or speech language pathologists, nurse practioners, dentists, chiropractors, podiatrists, social workers, psychologists, community care coordinators, self referral / family members / care givers.
