Service Description
A multidisciplinary clinic which manages outpatient care for clients who require knee or hip replacement. Includes assessment to determine appropriateness for joint replacement surgery, pre-operative education session, and a weekly post-operative education class.
Application Process
Referrals for assessment accepted via the General Practitioner Tool by physicians and nurse practioners (in conjunction with a GP) from anywhere in the province.
