Service Description

Provides exercise therapy for anyone looking to improve their health and/or prevent future health conditions through increased exercise. Clients may include individuals with the following conditions:

  • Heart attack/stent/bypass
  • Heart valve replacement/pacemakers
  • Diabetes
  • Lung disease (COPD/asthma/etc.)
  • Arthritis/fibromyalgia/muscle Injuries
  • Mental Health conditions (depression/anxiety/PTSD/etc.)
  • Overweight/obesity
  • Sleep problems.

Eligibility

Anyone looking to improve their health and/or prevent future health conditions through increased exercise.

Application Process
