Service Description
Offers adults free online cognitive behaviour therapy to address various mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, panic, alcohol use concerns, or coping with chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, cancer, cardiac conditions) including chronic pain.
- Courses consist of a series of online lessons completed typically over eight weeks.
- Therapist assistance or health educator assistance is provided for many of the courses via secure email or telephone. However, some courses are self-directed with technical support only.
- Clients are asked to complete questionnaires throughout treatment and at follow-up periods to evaluate the courses.

Courses Available:
- Wellbeing Course for Mental Health – Designed to increase accessibility by providing education and cognitive behaviour therapy skills for managing thoughts, physical symptoms, and behaviours associated with depression and anxiety symptoms.
- Wellbeing for Post-Secondary Students – Designed to help students with thoughts, behaviours, and physical symptoms of depression and anxiety through education and guidance on simple but effective cognitive behavioural techniques.
- Chronic Health Conditions Course – Designed to help with thoughts, behaviours, and physical symptoms related to chronic health conditions including pain, depression, and anxiety to help people gain control over symptoms, improve confidence, and get back to living a full and satisfying life.
- Alcohol Change Course – Designed to help clients learn strategies to effectively manage drinking, cope with cravings, manage lapses, and improve wellbeing.
Eligibility
Adults 18 years of age or older, experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, panic, social anxiety, alcohol use concerns, chronic pain, or chronic health conditions.. - Residents of Saskatchewan have access to all courses. - The Alcohol Change course is open Canada-wide.
Application Process
Complete a screening by selecting the "Apply Now" link provided on the course page you are interested in. Following the online screening is a 15 minute telephone follow-up. Call for further information.
