Service Description

Offers a wide range of unique non-credit courses for adults of all ages for personal interest, to develop new skills, make new social connections, or to remain active and connected. Courses, which are affordable and have no exams or homework, are offered during the fall, winter, and spring. Topics include:

  • Fitness and Movement
