Service Description
Provides assessment, exercise and education about COPD, shortness of breath, and breathing techniques to help COPD patients manage their disease.
Eligibility
Individuals or family members of people who have breathing concerns such as shortness of breath or breathlessness or are diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary (lung) Disease COPD.
