Service Description
Provides transitional, supportive housing for youth aging out of the Child Welfare System. The goal is to help young adults make a smooth transition out of group living and private homes, towards a supported individual living placement.
Includes thirty-three, dual and single apartments for residents. Offers a day program which focuses on individual’s needs such as vocation/educational, healthy relationships, community involvement or life skills.
Eligibility
Individuals transitioning from one life stage to another.
