Service Description
Support and services available to individuals and their families experiencing Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), including
- diagnosis and assessment
- community supports
- government reports and working groups
Eligibility
Individuals with lived or suspected experience of FASD and their families
Application Process
Call appropriate service based on location
- children/youth, Parkland Child and Youth Development Clinic, Alvin Buckwold Child Development Program, or Qu'Appelle Child and Youth Services
- adults, fill out referral form and call Dr. Gerald Block at 306-373-3110 (Northern and Central Saskatchewan) or Qu'Appelle Child and Youth Services (Southern Saskatchewan - Regina)
