Service Description
Provides face-to-face, online, and blended (face-to-face/online) classes. Tutoring is also available. Students are helped to build their English language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing and participation in their communities. Language Certificates are given out upon request based on attendance.
Eligibility
Permanent residents, holders of work permits, Canadian citizens (a citizen for 9 years or less), individuals holding special visas.
